Leasehold Business Purchase
Maximum Loan considered is 50% of the purchase price or valuation of the business, whichever the lesser, repayable over half the unexpired term of the existing lease or maximum of 60 months.


Leasehold Business Refinance
Maximum Loan considered is 50% of the valuation of the business, repayable over maximum of 60 months provided suitable freehold security is offered in the transaction.

Purchase With Collateral Security
Maximum Loan considered is 100% of the purchase price or valuation of the business, whichever the lesser, repayable over a maximum of 120 months provided suitable freehold security is offered in the transaction.


Minimum loan granted on any transaction is £50,000.
Maximum repayment term granted on any case is 120 months.
Maximum loan considered on any leasehold business without additional freehold security is 50% of purchase price or valuation whichever the lesser.
We may require suitable additional freehold security in a case which does not satisfy our underwriters' requirements.
We can consider loans of up to 100% of the purchase price of a business supported by suitable additional freehold security.
We only grant loans on established businesses that have been trading for a minimum period of 12 months.
Sanction of any loan facility is subject to satisfactory financial investigation and valuation of the business(es).
